About us

The first time we set eyes on Western North Carolina and met the extremely friendly local inhabitants we fell in love with the place. A place we knew we would want to come back to time and time again.

Such was the draw and love for the place we began searching for our own small piece of mountain paradise.

In 2003 we discovered Windsong House and knew instantly we had found it. We have since been back to Windsong House all the way from England over and over again.

We are sure you will also be enchanted and captivated by the natural beauty, tranquillity and majesty of the area and its friendly people.

Our home and grounds are managed and cared for locally by family members John and Patricia Charles. They share our passion and love for Western North Carolina and Windsong House and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
